Do you remember those times you just couldn't  sleep at 2am just because of the thought of that last slice of pizza in the refrigerator. That annoying growl coming from your stomach after you just ate a bowl of spaghetti an hour ago. The cravings for snack that wouldn't just let you be when you are trying to stay on a diet. Those times you make promises to yourself about having to begin a work out session but you know quite well you won't keep to it. Its quite difficult trying to stay trim when your weight gain is either a genetic problem or your appetite for food is just off the hook. Below are a few tips on how to manage your weight and keep fit while not having to starve your self.

WATER
The body is made up of approximately 70% of water. Water is the most healthy substance taken in by the body. It helps in detoxification and also transportation of waste products to their proper site for disposal. water is very good for the skin, it helps to keep the skin moisturized and smooth. So instead of intake of soda or beer you could take in a lot of water or just take citrus fruits which contain high percentage of water content.  Well just keep a bottle of water in sight and stay always hydrated.


FRUITS AND VEGGIES
Yes darling FRUITS!!! The habit of taking an apple a day definitely keeps the doctor away. You wouldn't have to be scared of diet related diseases like diabetes and so on. At least a fruit with every meal helps you keep fit. Although fruits might boost your appetite and make you quite hungry, theref are other healthy foods that can be taken. So don't fret just have a fruitful day.



WORKOUTS
A lot of people start workouts but give up after a couple of trials. If you are a beginner it is not advisable to take strenuous exercises. It is easier to go for less strenuous exercises so you don't take the body by surprise. Work outs are better done in the morning when the body is still alert and the weather is friendly. it is more fun if done with a friend for support or encouragement. Always pick an exercise you would enjoy so you don't get bored after a while thereby making you  quite. Now get jogging lovely we got some pounds to lose
